We sell two different gift cards, physical and digital.
Physical Gift Certificates can be purchased at the store. This gift certificate can only be redeemed in the store, NOT on our online store. Can’t make it into the store to pick one up? Call us at 585-244-1210 to place your order and we will mail it right out to you.

Yep! We special order those hard-to-find titles or pre-orders for upcoming new releases for no extra charge. We also provide worldwide shipping to our valued customers.

“I want to sell my used CDs, DVDs or Blu-Rays. What is the procedure?”
We can take a look at your CDs or DVDs Mon-Sat 10am – 8pm & Sunday 11am – 5pm. The final price we offer is based on artist, title, condition, and our stock. We don’t purchase items without their original artwork and case. We don’t buy bootlegs. Sorry, we do not quote prices over the phone. Oh, and we need a valid New York State license or I.D. from you when you sell us stuff. We’re done now.
“I want to sell my vinyl records. What is the procedure?”
“I have a large collection of vinyl records. Will you come to my house to look at them?”

Feel free to bring them in for us to take a look. Please keep in mind that these items are sold in the store for between $1 and $2 so they are not going to bring you the big bucks you might be looking for.
“I want to sell my stereo equipment. What is the procedure?”
Have some stereo components you don’t use anymore? We buy used turntables, receivers, cd players, etc… We buy, sell and repair all sorts of audio equipment. You are welcome to bring in your audio gear at any time the store is open. If it is something heavy like a console of large speakers, amps, etc., it is best to call us in advance at 585-244-1210 to speak with an audio specialist.

Most of our used CDs, DVDs and Blu-Rays are sold for $5 per disc every day! Box sets are priced as marked. Feel free to call the store to check if we have a particular movie or CD in stock. If not, we are happy to special order it for you if we can.
For new bands with no sales history, we will consign for 90 days, 3 – 5 copies of your music at your best possible wholesale price. It is your responsibility to check back with us periodically to re-stock and be paid out. For local, regional or national sales proven bands we will purchase outright 3 – 5 copies of your music at your best wholesale price.
“Do you have hi-res images of the Record Archive logo?”
