At Record Archive in Rochester, N, music has been our life and passion for over 45+ years. Our massive accumulation of over 250,000 new and vintage vinyl records and 60,000+ 45’s comprise the largest vinyl selection in the North East. We sell the latest releases on CD and vinyl as well as used CDs, cassettes, 8 tracks, and even 78’s are part of our incomparable music collection.

MOVIES

DVD’s, Blu-rays, laser discs and even VHS tapes line our walls in the tens of thousands. From westerns and classic cinema to martial arts and cult horror our collection also includes children’s movies, television series, collector’s items, and much more.

Not sure what to get for a friend who loves movies? Try our Mystery Bags – (5) DVDs for five bucks all carefully bundled by our knowledgeable staff and make great gifts. Chick Flicks, Children’s, Action, Thriller, Comedy, etc.

AUDIO EQUIPMENT

We sell new turntables as well as buy and sell previously owned turntables, speakers, amplifiers, and receivers. We also do minor repair/service on turntables.

Our audio department also carries items such as record styli & cartridges, speaker wire, slipmats, cleaning supplies, headphones & buds, batteries, guitar strings & tuners, drums sticks, and much more.

Need a gift and it’s an hour before the party? Record Archive is open until 9PM Mon – Sat and 6PM on Sunday and offers its customers a wide selection of unique gifts for any occasion and for all age groups.
