12.16.25 – TRAGIC TUESDAY W/ KOMRADS (5-8pm)

Forged in the shadows of abandoned factories and neon-drenched back alleys, Komrads delivers a relentless fusion of industrial grit, post-punk energy, and synth-driven chaos. What started as a lone experiment in noise and rebellion has evolved into a full-scale sonic assault raw, haunting, and unapologetically loud.  Komrads isn’t just a band. It’s a movement for the outcasts, the nightwalkers, the ones who thrive where the lights flicker. It’s the soundtrack to a world on fire, and an invitation to dance in the ashes.

12.17.25 – brian lindsay band (6pm-8pm)

Brian Lindsay band is an Americana Roots, Soul & Rock n’ Roll band from Rochester, NY. Known for their “swagger” and guitar-driven sound, the band blends original compositions with covers of classic rock legends like Tom Petty and Bruce Springsteen.

12.18.25 – SON HOUSE BLUES NIGHT (6-8pm)

The last Thursday of every month, Son Henry hosts an evening of deep roots and soulful storytelling: Son House Blues Night in the Backroom Lounge at the Record Archive. He is joined by his incredible house band; Rob Huff on drums, Dan Lopata on bass, and Jon Tucker on keys. Starting with a warm-up set by the house band, followed by a featured performance from a special guest, we pair it all with cold beer, fine wine, and fresh pizza.

12.19.25 – claudia hoyser (5am-7pm)

Claudia Hoyser is a country singer-songwriter from Fairport, NY, whose heartfelt songs blend modern storytelling with classic country warmth. She has built a devoted following through her weekly Hoyser Country Monday series, which has garnered over 120 million organic views, and has toured nationally opening for major artists like Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, and Little Big Town. Claudia has written hundreds of songs and co-produced her debut album Red Light’s Turning Green, which she celebrates here in The Backroom Lounge with a release party. 

12.26.25 – sean storms (4-7pm)

Emerging artist Sean Storms is quickly making a name for himself as one of the most versatile and emotionally charged voices in today’s independent music scene. Born and raised in Rochester, New York, Sean grew up surrounded by creativity, art has always been in his blood. But it was music that gave him a true sense of purpose.

12.29.25 – evan & lucas w/ The sound committee (3-5pm)

 Evan Brock and Lucas Sherron have been performing together since 2022. They frequently do Open Mic nights at Lovin’ Cup. They will perform many favorites from the golden age of music, the 1960’s, plus a few originals. The Sound Committee released their debut EP “Time To Rock” in May of this year, which Evan and Lucas were a major part of. With Mike Quinlan on drums, Evan Klimasewski on bass, Ryan Bhattacharyya on saxophone, Noah Montagliano, Ava Antonowicz, and Sophia Sherron on vocals, and of course Evan and Lucas, this is a show you won’t want to miss!

Bone Machine is a four-piece experimental rock band based in Fredonia/Buffalo/Rochester. The band includes Madisyn Tolfa on keys/vocals,
Kaiden Ruiz on guitar/vocals, Nigel Usiak on bass, and Grady Britt on drums.

The Fornieri Bros is a Rochester-born creative duo dedicated to elevating local culture through music, events, and community-driven experiences. Blending sharp design, deep industry knowledge, and a genuine love for the city, the brothers have built a reputation for crafting memorable moments whether it’s curating record focused events, supporting local businesses, or producing eye-catching visual content.

01.09.26 – tykin (5-8pm)

TYKIN delivers a mix of old-school dirty rock ’n’ roll fused with hair metal, earning them the label of “hair metal sleaze kings” . Their sound is rooted in traditional heavy rock, featuring bone-crushing riffs and thunderous drums.
